What you can request

You can request deletion of your SHYLDA account and associated personal data that SHYLDA is not required to keep. You can also ask follow-up questions about what information may need to remain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, operational, or regulated-partner compliance reasons.

3

Verification before deletion

SHYLDA may need to verify identity before deleting an account or data. This is to reduce the risk of unauthorized deletion attempts, abuse, or harmful tampering with another person's account.

4

Expected response and completion timelines

SHYLDA should acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable time and aim to complete eligible requests as promptly as practical after verification. Exact timing may depend on product stage, request volume, and whether additional review is required.

5

When SHYLDA may retain some information

Some records may need to be retained even after an account deletion request. Examples include information needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with law, satisfy regulated-partner or KYC obligations, maintain security, or preserve a limited transaction record where lawful retention is justified.
